Air travel – Simple solutions lay in assistive technology

Simple solutions are certainly available, but the world in general needs more education and awareness.
If airlines can get passengers meal requests right, then there is no reason why they cannot make an effort for those with hidden or sensory challenges! It’s so wrong to ASSUME, not least when it comes to being in the service sector, and customers should not have to put up with poor or tardy service, afterall they are paying for it. Great insight Molly and if you did not voice these situations, then companies would not realise!
