My network travel experience with customers with visual impairments – Thomas Pocklington Trust

This is how an experiment should be carried out, rather than pre-organising a seamless environment. I’ve heard that often Bus Drivers will just ignore visually impaired individuals at a bus stop, especially if they have a guide dog! Another simple challenge, is that someone who is visually impaired cannot see if the seat is empty or not, and commuters need to pay closer attention in order to offer assistance/guidance. It costs nothing to be kind or courteous!
